Loading-bay: Very challenging due to bus stops on either side of the building.
Challenges: The building above Victoria Station platforms is a live building with live services. Access and storage are restricted. Water egress to the station is prohibited. There is noise and vibration.

Loading-bay: On the public highway, traffic is in a one-way system, with an interface of the beam hoist, goods hoist, and tower crane. Vehicles stop during lifting operations.
Challenges: Pedestrians, vehicles backing up onto Oxford Street, and Tower crane lifts require all vehicle movements to be stopped.

Challenges: Pedestrians from Bank station walking to the city, cyclists, Bus stop relocation, Tower crane lifts requiring all vehicle movements to be stopped, Public Events, and works opposite the Bank of England.
